Nayab Subba held red-handed with bribe

ITAHARI, May 8: A team from the Eastern Regional Office of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Monday arrested Binod Dahal, a Nayab Subba at Koshi Zonal Office of Transport Management, red-handed while taking Rs 8,000 as bribe from a service-seeker. 

The CIAA said that a team led by Om Khanal held Dahal for taking bribe. It is said that Khanal was impending the file clearance of a service-recipient for three days. 

CIAA Regional Office Chief Prem Prasad Bhattarai said that the interrogation and investigation on the alleged is on. RSS
