NASA into semis

KATHMANDU, Nov 27: NASA College has progressed to the semifinals in the girls' section of the ongoing Rosebud Valley-wide Inter-school Basketball Tournament on Sunday. 

NASA registered a 33-10 win over New Summit College in the quarterfinal to book its place in the last four. NASA's Anisha Basnet contributed highest 22 points in the match. 

Similarly in the boys' section, New Summit progressed to the last eight of the competition beating Columbus College 56-31. New Summit's Pabin Rai contributed 20 points for the winning side. 

Likewise in the other games of the boys' section, Xavier International College registered a 78-21 win over Nepalaya College. Sanjay Rai of Xavier contributed highest 14 points in the match. Similarly, Kathmandu Bernhardt College overcame Rato Bangala School 34-30 while CCRC College beat Nobel Academy 53-15 with the help of Anup Basnet's highest 13 points.
