TULSIPUR, July 1: People from Narayanpur have been agitated over government's plan to set up an alternative airport in Dang. 

The government had incorporated a plan to set up the alternative airport in the recent policy and programme for coming fiscal year and has initiative process accordingly. 

They argued that it was not logical to set up alternative airport while there was already an airport in Tulsipur. That airport needs to be upgraded and brought to operation rather than constructing new one. The locals also warned of not allowing land for constructing new airport. RSS
