KATHMANDU, Feb 4: Nar Bahadur Khadka of Mahabu Rural Municipality-3 of Dailekh has been appointed as the Chief Attorney of Karnali provincial government.
Chief Minister Rajkumar Sharma recommended to Karnali Province Chief Tilak Pariyar on Thursday that Khadka should be appointed as Attorney General in accordance with Article 160 of the Constitution of Nepal, 2072 BS. Khadka was appointed as the Attorney General today by Chief Minister Pariyar.
Khadka was administered the oath of office and secrecy by Chief Justice Madhav Prasad Pokharel of High Court Surkhet. The newly appointed Chief Justice Khadka, who has been working as a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, has completed post-graduate studies in management and law.
