BHAKTAPUR, May 27: The Nagarkot area of Bhaktapur district has been sealed following the rise of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Kathamndu Valley.
According to Sante Waiba, chief of Changunarayan Municipality-6, the area has been sealed due to the spread of the virus in Nagarkot wards 6 and 7, and also in the market areas of Mandan Deupur municipality and border areas of Bhaktapur and Kavre.
The area will be sealed from May 27 till June 4 including the shops and businesses inside the area except medical and fuel stores.
As stated by the district administration office, the buying and selling of milk and dairy products are also banned in the area.
