TAPLEJUNG, Aug 6: Nepal Airlines, the national flag carrier successfully conducted a test flight of its Chinese-made Y-12 aircraft to Taplejung-based Suketar Airport.
Station in-charge at Suketar Airport, Raju Karki told Republica online that the same aircraft has already launched its test-flight in the western hills successfully.
Pilot N Sherpa said Suketar Airport was suitable for Y-12 aircraft. NAC had scheduled its flights to Suketar twice a week from Kathmandu.
