KATHMANDU, Nov 9: The Nepal Army has started to transport election papers, ballots, voters’ education materials, stamp pad among others in Khotang, Dolpa and other remote areas. Election Officer, Dinesh Khatri said that preparatory works for upcoming Nov 26 election was at final stage at Khotang. The district is home to 125,183 voters. According to RSS, election materials for Dolpa were dispatched from Surkhet. See photos here.
