POKHARA, May 21: Marking the birth anniversary of rapper Yama Buddha (Anil Adhikari), Sydney-based Nepali organization is organizing a musical event.
The Reporters Nepal is organizing the musical event on May 30, to tribute the late singer marking his birth anniversary in Sydney.
The first Nepali rapper Girish Khatiwada (Gorkhali G), the first beat-boxer Nishant Gauchan, popular rappers Unik Poet and Sakar Adhikari among others will perform during the program.
The participants and organizer will pay tribute to the late singer. Likewise, local hip-hop band from Australia will play the music of songs of Yama Buddha. Australian DJ Mista and DJ Soman will assist the band.
According to the organizer, the program with a title “Say No to Suicide, Say Yes to Life” will enhance the Nepali residing abroad to feel positive towards the life.
Rap-Battle, B-Boying and Slam Poetry among others will be other highlights of the event. Baba Education Consultancy is the main sponsor of the program whereas Global Consult and Rest Group are the co-sponsors.
The organizer has believed that the program will help to raise the awareness among the youths residing abroad not to end their life.
The organizer Reporters Nepal organizes various musical programs to promote young talent.
