KATHMANDU, September 15: Loktantrik Samajwadi Party (LSP) lawmaker and whip Umashankar Aragaria is joining the CPN-UML. UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to visit Dhanusha and welcome him to the party on September 24. Argariya is an elected Member of Parliament from Dhanusha-2.
