Mountain guide missing in Dhaulagiri

BABIYACHAUR, May 23: One guide has gone missing since Sunday evening while returning after scaling Dhaulagiri Peak. The missing is Angnima Sherpa, 30, of Chaurikharka-3 of Solukhumbu district.

BABIYACHAUR, May 23: One guide has gone missing since Sunday evening while returning after scaling Dhaulagiri Peak. The missing is Angnima Sherpa, 30, of Chaurikharka-3 of Solukhumbu district.

Sherpa had gone missing from Dhaulagiri base. 

According to DSP Basundhara Khadka, a helicopter has been mobilized in course of searching for Khadka. 


Sherpa had led 14-member mountaineering team from Himalayan Expedition Indian Air Force. It may be noted that other members of the team have returned safe. RSS
