KATHMANDU, Oct 2: The Ministry of Energy has set up a unit in its premise to hear consumer grievances and address them accordingly.
The unit, which is directly monitored by the Minister for Energy Janardan Sharma, will receive complaints through emails, telephone calls and text messages.
Consumers can lodge their complaints related to electricity supply, energy theft, power disconnection, delay in getting electricity meter box, and delay in any services, among others, according to the ministry.
General public can filed their complaints by making a call at 01- 4211606 or 9861666366 between 11 am to 1 pm or mail their complaints to energy@moen.gov.np.
