Mixed results for host Jawalakhel

KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): Host Jawalakhel Veteran achieved mixed results in the Jawalakhel Cup Veteran Football Tournament on Wednesday winning one and playing draw in another.

In its first group match of the day, Jawalakhel played 2-2 draw against Adibasi FC and beat Kailali 1-0 in another match. Kailalai thumped Swayambhu XI 5-0 while Sano Gaucharan Knight King and Samakhusi Futsal settled for 1-1 draw. In another match, Adibasi FC beat Swayambhu 2-0 while Sano Gaucharan thumped Manang Marshyangdi Club 9-0.
