Minister Thapa inaugurates community hospital

LALITPUR, Dec 12: Minister for Health and Population Gagan Thapa today inaugurated the Bajrabarahi Municipality-10 based Bajrabarahi Community Hospital. 

Existing Bajrabarahi primary health centrer and resource center was developed as the community hospital. 

On the occasion, Minister Thapa committed to develop the center as the district hospital as far as possible. He even assured to allocate necessary budgets for the hospital. 

Meanwhile, Minister Thapa laid the foundation stone for the construction of a new building for the hospital. 

Imanjulias Lutheran Church, America has provided over 12.6 million rupees for the construction of the hospital building, said Dr Krishna Man Maharjan at the hospital. 

The hospital would have 25 beds, he added. RSS
