DOLAKHA, July 3: Minister for Culture, Civil Aviation and Tourism Ananda Prasad Pokharel has urged investors to invest in agriculture and the tourism sector.
Speaking at a program organized by the Independent Power Producers Association, Nepal (IPPAN) in the district headquarters Charikot today, Minister Pokharel urged all to invest in agriculture and tourism sectors adding that investing in hydropower sectors takes long time for the profit.
He also said that it was difficult for the common people to invest in the hydro sector as well.
Similarly, CPN (UML) leader and lawmaker Pashupati Chaulagain called for paying attention in all sectors while permitting investors in hydropower.
The IPPAN chair Khadga Bahadur Bista said that hydro sectors only help develop the nation. RSS
