KATHMANDU, Dec 9: Chandra Prakash Gajurel, a leader of the CPN (Maoist Revolutionary) led by Mohan Vaidya, has said that the MCC agreement will not be allowed to be endorsed under any circumstance. Speaking at a function in Kathmandu on Wednesday, Gajurel said that the MCC would not be passed under any circumstances as the people are against it.
He also said that the issue of MCC will expose true patriots and foreign brokers. He said that it was time for every citizen to stand up as a patriot or support foreign brokers.
Gajurel said that the MCC has caused outrage among the people and the people's anger should be turned into a revolution. He also clarified that since MCC is not a topic that most Nepalis want, being a revolutionary force, they have to intervene in it.
Gajurel said that the MCC would not be allowed to pass by spreading awareness among the people through ‘the revolutionary movement’. He said that instability has been created in the country due to the MCC.
