KATHMANDU, August 24: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Mayor Balendra Shah (Balen) inspected the Durbarmarg area in Kathmandu today. The KMC has been using dozers on illegally constructed structures that are constructed contrary to the original designs of buildings in the main business areas within the KMC since Wednesday morning.

There is a problem of traffic jams in the Durbarmarg area due to parking up to two lines on the road. Earlier in the morning, KMC ran a dozer on the structure in front of Kathmandu Mall.

After that, KMC dozers rolled on the commercial malls of Khichapokhari (RB Complex) and Ranjana Galli. Soon after that, the metropolis started to remove the goods of London Pub and Matsuri Tokyo Cafe on Durbarmarg.
