RATNANAGAR (Chitwan), Feb 26: A manual worker based at the Gadhi Bus Park in Bharatpur has been found dead.
The deceased has been identified as Baburam Simkhada, 70, of Dhading, who had been working at Asalaam Ahmed's bus park located at Khanal Chowk in Bharatpur – 4.
A police team led by Inspector, Niranjan Bhattarai, has handed over the body to the family members after an autopsy.
Meanwhile, a person was injured in a rhino attack at Kumroj forest area in eastern Chitwan on Saturday evening.
Local villager, Kumar Bahadur Tamang, 53, was attacked by the rhino at the Kumroj Buffer Zone Community Forest at Khairhani – 12, police said.
Tamang was collecting twigs, branches and leaves shed by the trees when the attack took place.
Tamang, who sustained injuries in the wild skirmish, is currently receiving treatment at the Chitwan Medical College, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Deepak Shrestha shared. RSS
