BANKE, Jan 30: Bhanu BK of Kohalpur Municipality-2 in Shaktinagar, set his wife Ganga and 2-year-old son Prince on fire before fleeing the scene on Sunday.

His son, Prince BK, died in the incident.

According to the police, the arsonist Bhanu  BK was arrested from Jamunaha crossing on Monday morning.

Ganga BK and Prince BK who were seriously injured in the incident were sent to Bheri Hospital Nepalgunj for further treatment after general treatment at Kohalpur Medical College. Prince BK died on Monday morning during treatment.

The police said further investigations were underway.
