MORANG, Sept 27: Kamal Singh Rana was attacked with a Khukuri in front of the main entrance of the Biratnagar High Court at 12:15 PM on Sunday afternoon.
Rana, who was injured in the Khukuri attack, is currently undergoing treatment at Biratnagar Hospital. Bimal Karki of Biratnagar has been arrested on the charge of his involvement in the incident.
