NAWALPARASI, JULY 25: Police have arrested a person with 25 tolas of raw gold from Kawasoti on Monday.
The arrested is Sanjay Chhetri, 22, of Thada VDC-3, Arghakhachi, according to DSP Rajesh Thapa of Area Police Office Nawalpur.

Police arrested him while he was traveling by bus, Lu 1 Kha 4146, en-route to Sandhikharka from Kathmandu.
Chhetri is an assistant driver of the same bus, said police.
During a regular security check at Kawasoti Municipality-8, Chhetri was intercepted with 25 tolas of raw gold. The market price of the seized gold is Rs 1.44 million.
The police have started investigation after taking Chhetri and the seized gold under control.
