BHAKTAPUR, Dec 10: CPN-UML candidate for Bhaktapur-2 Mahesh Basnet has won in the constituency. He won the constituency defeating Nepali Congress veteran candidate Daman Nath Dhungana by almost double votes, 17725 votes.
