KATHMANDU, May 16: The 31st Memorial Day of the CPN-UML’s then general-secretary Madan Bhandari and organization department chief Jibraj Ashrit is being marked today recalling their contributions.
The CPN-UML and CPN (Unified Socialist) are organizing several programs to observe the day.
