KATHMANDU, Nov 11: There is light rain in one or two places of Lumbini Province as there is a cloudy sky in Sudurpaschim Province, Karnali Province, Lumbini Province and Gandaki Province, said the Meteorological Forecasting Division. The westerly wind in the western part of Nepal has had its impact.
Hilly parts of the country including the provinces will have a partial to general cloudy sky, and the weather in the remaining areas will be clear this afternoon, said the Division.
Light to moderate rainfall likely today
Light rain with thunder and lightning is predicted in a few hilly areas of Sudurpaschim Province and Karnali Province, and at one or two places in the rest of the areas. There is a possibility of light snowfall at one or two places of the high hilly and mountainous parts of the country. It will be partial to general cloudy in the hilly parts of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces, and the weather will be clear in the rest parts. Light snowfall is likely at one or two places of high hilly and mountainous areas.
Tomorrow (Sunday), light rain with thunder and lightning is predicted at one or two places in the hilly areas of Koshi Province, and light snowfall at one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous areas.
On Monday, there will be a partial cloudy in the hilly areas of the country, and the weather will be generally clear in the rest areas. Light snowfall is likely at one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous areas of the country.
