KATHMANDU, August 29: The impact of low pressure area in the Bay of Bengal and Orissa state of India has led to a change in the weather as well as rain in Nepal.
The impact is more on the eastern region, with chances of medium rainfall in some parts of the region Monday, said meteorologist Subas Rimal. Minor rainfall is likely to occur in the central and far west region as well.
As per the Weather Forecasting Division, Dang recorded the highest amount of rainfall with 72 millimeters and Biratnagar the lowest with three millimeters.
