KHOTANG, April 8: Locals in Khotang are overjoyed at receiving seven ambulances in the district.
Khotang Service Society in UK took the initiation to provide ambulances in the district. The organization working in diaspora raised Rs 11.2 million and provided the seven ambulances to the district.

Locals overwhelmed at receving the ambulances in Diktel Bazaar not only worshiped the ambulances but also demonstrated a rally on Saturday morning.
According to Ashok Kumar Rai, the coordinator of KSS-UK, the organization handed over some medical equipment, including an ultrasound and an ECG machine.
