BUTWAL, Feb 19: Tilottama municipality of Rupandehi district has published different 12 Acts, regulations, directives and work procedures endorsed by the municipal assembly in Tilottama gazette. 
The Acts and Regulations, authenticated by municipality Mayor Basudev Ghimire, have been published in gazette for public information. 

Exercising the local government's executive authority specified in the Nepal Constitution, the Tilottama municipality had endorsed different Acts, Regulations, directives and work procedures in line with the Clause 102 (1) of the Local Governance Operation Act-2074 BS, shared Spokesperson of Municipal Executive Surendra Shree. 

With the publication in gazette, the local laws have come into implementation, said Chief Administrative Officer Krishna Prasad Sapkota. 

The gazette has published the certified Acts related to the formulation and management of some laws, certification and publication of some public documents work procedure, regularization and management of financial work procedure, management of agro enterprises FM Radio (management and operation) work procedure, cooperative management and Education Regulation.
