KATHMANDU, Sept 12: Renowned litterateur and journalist Rajendra Parajuli has passed away.
Family sources said he died while undergoing treatment for pneumonia at a hospital in Kathmandu. Parajuli previously worked with Nagarik daily, a sister publication of Republica.
Parajuli has published dozens of fictions and other literary creations.
Some of his renowned works include Shukraraj Shastriko Chasma (Fiction), Aghori (fiction), Bhrasta Samabedana, (poem), Anayika (novel), Sapanama Marx (fiction), Jadoma Bhok (fiction), Koteshwarko Keto (fiction), Aghori (fiction) and Bikalpa Yatra (Fiction).
His last rites will be performed at Pashupati Aaryaghat today itself, according to his family members.
