KATHMANDU, May 22: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology (DHM) reports that western and local winds currently influence the country, along with partial effects from moisture-laden air coming from the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea.
The DHM predicts partly to generally cloudy weather across the country during the afternoon and night. Some hilly areas in Koshi, Bagmati, Lumbini, Gandaki, and Sudurpaschim provinces may experience light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning.
