Light rain with thunder and lightning likely at Koshi, Gandaki, Karnali and Far Western

KATHMANDU, April 11: At present there is a partial influence of local winds as well as western winds in the country. According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, there is a possibility of rain in some provinces of the country today.

According to the division, there is a possibility of light rain with thunder and lightning at one or two places in Koshi, Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim (Far Western) provinces.

The department said that it will be partly cloudy in the hilly areas of the country tonight. The weather in the rest of the areas will be generally clear.
