KATHMANDU, March 20: President of the Nepali Congress (NC), Sher Bahadur Deuba has emphasized the need for moving ahead with consensus on common issues of national concern.
Participating in the discussion in parliament on the proposal of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal to take the vote of confidence, Deuba announced the party's decision to give the vote of confidence and also to participate in the government.

He said that the parties in the government and in the opposition should proceed with consensus on common issues of national concern. He said , "There are some issues of national concern. It is necessary for everyone to build a common opinion on them."
