KATHMANDU, Sept 7: The secretariat of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the leaked document on the constitution amendment proposal is not authentic.
 
Govinda Acharya, press advisor to the prime minister,  said that the government has not drafted any proposal so far for the amendment of the new constitution. "The draft which has come out in the media is not a draft prepared any government office. The prime minister won't favor any amendment proposing to allow naturalized citizens into top state posts," Acharya told Republica.

He further claimed that the prime minister was for preparing the constitution amendment draft after holding consultations with all the major political parties and the agitating Madhes-based parties. 

A draft of the amendment proposal was leaked to media when Dahal intensified negotiations with political parties, seeking a consensus on amendment.
