KATHMANDU, June 23: Laxmi Capital Market Ltd has signed an agreement to work as the issue manager for Siddhartha Bank Ltd.

Issuing a statement, the merchant bank said that it signed the agreement with the bank amid a program on Wednesday to float rights issue of 7.6 million shares of the bank.

Laxmi Capital's CEO Rajiv Sapkota and Siddhartha Bank Ltd's Company Secretary Bholanath Dhungana signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies, according to the statement.
