PATHARI (Morang), Feb 5: Minister for Law Ajay Shankar Nayak has said law to end caste-based discrimination was not implemented despite its formulation.
At an interaction organized in Biratnagar on Saturday, Minister Nayak said the government was paying its attention for the implementation of laws related to the fundamental rights.
He said, "Act preparation for the implementation of fundamental rights ensured by the new constitution is the need for the hour."
Minister Nayak was of the view that problems were seen in implementing the fundamental rights for lack of budget spending allocated by the government. RSS
