KATHMANDU, Sept 2: Vehicular movement along the Prithvi Highway has been affected by a landslide in Gajuri, Dhading.
The Prithvi Highway's Galchi-Gajuri section has been blocked. The road has been obstructed on both sides due to a landslide near Adamghat, which occurred as a result of rainfall.

The Gajuri Rural Municipality-6 Belkhu road is currently open in only one direction following a landslide, which caused a rockfall.
Due to the landslide, night service vehicles entering Kathmandu and morning departure vehicles from Kathmandu to various parts of the country have been halted on the road.
According to police, efforts are underway to clear the debris.
Security personnel and a team of Department of Roads are working with dozers to remove the obstruction.
The road is expected to be fully operational shortly.
