BAJURA, June 29: The Sanfe-Martadi road section at Badimalika municipality-9, Selaghat in Bajura has been disrupted due to landslide triggered yesterday's incessant rain. 

According to Hari Bahadur Oli, Deputy Superintendant of Police (DSP) at District Police Office, Bajura, the downpour-triggered landslide buried the entire road resulting in traffic disruption. 

He further shared that efforts have been made to immediately remove landslides and resume the traffic operation. 

Jeep accident: Death toll reaches three 

The death toll from a jeep accident occurred at Triveni municipality-4, Pipalsain of Bajura on Wednesday night has reached three. In the accident, municipality's ward-1 chairperson and a local woman had already lost their lives while 10 passengers were injured. 

Five among the injured had returned home after minor treatment at Bayalpata Hospital, Achham while remaining five who were critically wounded were referred to Bheri Hospital in Nepalgunj. RSS
