KATHMANDU, Jan 27: Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of Rastriya Swatantrata Party (RSP), has approached the Pokhara High Court, demanding the cancellation of the Rs 6.5 million bail set by the Kaski District Court to release him.
A bench of District Court Kaski Judge Nitij Rai had ordered Lamichhane to be released on a bail of Rs 6.5 million on January 9.

The High Government Attorney Office, Pokhara, had filed a petition at the Pokhara High Court against the Kaski District Court's order to release him on bail, demanding to keep Lamichhane in custody and conduct an investigation.
