KATHMANDU, June 30: Brigade Boys Club beat Saraswati Youth Club 11-1 in a match under the Lalit Memorial Cup Football Tournament on Sunday at the All Nepal Football Association Complex (ANFA) in Satdobato, Lalitpur.
With this, Brigade Boys Club has got three points. For Brigade Boys Club, Brijesh Chaudhary and Roshan Rana Magar scored a hat-trick each. Chaudhary hit three goals alternatively in 10, 31 and 48 minutes, while Ranamagar scored in 30, 47 and 88 minutes.
Likewise, Shishir Lekhi scored two goals alternatively in 12 and 27 minutes, and Anjan Maharjan scored two goals in the 77th minute and during injury time. Dipesh Gurung contributed a goal in the 70th minute.
For Saraswati Youth Club, Pradip Karki scored a goal. The tournament has been participated by 14 clubs. Winner team will get Rs 300,000, and first runner-up Rs 150,000.
