KATHMANDU, Oct 29: Kukur Tihar, the second day of the five-day Tihar festival, is being observed across the country on Saturday.
On the occasion, devotes worship dogs and offer garlands, tika and delicious food and acknowledge the cherished relationship between humans and dogs.
