KUKL holding its AGM on March 5

KATHMANDU, Feb 3: The board meeting of Kathmandu Upatyaka Khanepani Limited (KUKL) held in Kathmandu on Tuesday has decided to organize 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 5.

The AGM, among others, will approve the income and expenditure report of two fiscal years -- 2013/14 and 2014/15, according to KUKL General Manager Mahesh Bhattarai.

The AGM is also likely to take decision on a proposal to increase paid-up capital of KUKL by three-fold to Rs 150 million, according to Bhattarai.
