KATHMANDU, June 6: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has padlocked RK Sweets in Bhotahiti, Kathmandu.
KMC Police Chief Raju Pandey said that the metropolis was forced to padlock RK Sweets as they refused to close the sweet shop operating in the basement. Pandey said a café restaurant called RK Sweets was operating there, although it is mentioned a store in the house design of the basement.
Pandey said that the metropolis is repeatedly asking everyone to use the basement according to the house design. He said that those who do not comply with the existing laws will be brought to the book.
