KITCC provides assistance to children’s home

KATHMANDU, Jan 20: Kiwanis International Taipei City Club (KITCC), an international charity organization, on Saturday, provided assistance to the children living in a shelter in Kadaghari.

A 20-member delegation from Taipei led by the president of KITCC Kokoli handed beds, heaters, toys, rice cookers, juice makers and several other materials to Future Help Nepal, a Kadaghari-based children's home.

The KITCC provided assistance worth over Rs 200,000 to the children's home which currently provides shelter to 21 children. The organization which was founded 103 years ago with the motive to serve children around the world has provided assistance for Nepalese children for the first time.
