BHAKTAPUR, Feb 6: The Khwopa Higher Secondary School run by Bhaktapur Municipality is gearing up for an extensive educational and science exhibition. 

At a press conference held on Sunday, College's Principal and Exhibition Coordinator, Roopak Joshi, said the three-day even to start on February 7 will exhibit experimental subjects based on the curriculum of different faculties for the benefit of students from Bhaktapur, Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Kavre. 

The exhibition will present 84 stalls related to science including a robot made by students, 42 stalls from Management faculty, 14 educational stalls and 22 from Humanities stream. The college will be rewarding the best performing stall. 

The Educational Fair will host various sport events including racing, chess competition, volleyball tournament, inter-college basketball tournament, football and table tennis with prizes for the victorious teams and athletes. The prizes are also set for winners of the quiz contest and oratory and art competition. 

The outstanding students from Grade XI to Bachelor's level will also receive prizes while the organizers plan to felicitate teachers and employees completing 10 years of service period. RSS
