Kathmandu, where someone’s house is in a room
And someone lives in a room of a house
A place, wonder, dream, and hub
Where everyone is in rush
Where millions of dreams wander
Kathmandu, a place where money matters
A place where someone talks
And someone else walks
A place where someone shows humanity
And everyone looks at
Kathmandu, a city of gods and goddesses
who are locked up inside the temple
Kathmandu, where there is justice
Inside the constitution
Do not bother yourself to search outside
Kathmandu, where I am dreaming to live
Where I am living to dream
