Kathmandu Medical College closed following four new cases of COVID-19

KATHMANDU, June 3: Kathmandu Medical College (KMC) in Sinamangal has suspended all its services including emergency after four confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the hospital.

KATHMANDU, June 3: Kathmandu Medical College (KMC) in Sinamangal has suspended all its services including emergency after four confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the hospital.  



Sources at the KMC said two doctors were tested positive for COVID-19 a week after two patients who underwent treatment at the hospital were tested positive for the fatal virus. The KMC, in a statement, said two of its health workers were tested positive for the COVID-19 recently.

All the services being provided by the hospital will remain suspended until further notice, according to the statement.
