Karnali Province Cabinet to get full shape today: CM Kandel
Chief Minister Kandel emphasized that development and prosperity are collective endeavors that require consensus and collaboration among all stakeholders. Hence, the all-party meeting aims to facilitate dialogue and reach common ground.
Invitations have been extended to three individuals from each party, including the provincial chairman and the party's leader or chief whip.
Political parties such as Nepali Congress, CPN (Maoist Center), UML, CPN (Unified Socialist) Party, and Rastriya Prajatantra Party, all of which are represented in the Provincial Assembly, are expected to participate.
Given the constitutional mandate to introduce policies and programs in May and the budget on June 15, Chief Minister Kandel's initiative to convene an all-party meeting is seen as a step towards fostering consensus among parties in preparation for these key agendas.
