A few months back Karisma Kapoor’s husband Sunjay Kapur had filed two separate petitions in the court, one for divorce and the another one for the interim custody of their children Samaira and Kiaan. However yesterday the first hearing took place in the family court where Karisma’s lawyer Kranti Sathe took charge of things in the court and Sunjay’s lawyer argued on the custody of the kids.
Amongst the things that were being argued on, the primary one was that Karisma’s counsel hadn’t filed a reply to the divorce petition yet.

The court has asked the Karisma’s legal team to revert at the earliest. And also Karisma has opposed the interim custody filed by husband Sunjay Kapur.Apart from hearing the divorce petition, the judge will also hear Karisma’s reply to Sunjay’s application for the interim custody of their kids. The court has declared the next hearing on March 3.
Of lately Karisma’s father Randhir Kapoor too lashed out at Sunjay on his allegation that Karisma married him for money. The veteran actor called him a third class man and confessed he never wanted his daughter to marry him in the first place.
