KATHMANDU, April 2: Kakori, a celebrated and well-known North West Indian specialty restaurant at Soaltee Crowne Plaza, has introduced a new menu on Sunday.
According to a press release issued by the Soaltee, visitors can now indulge in a unique gourmet experience at Kakori and discover some of the most celebrated recipes from Punjab and northwest frontier areas of India & Afghanistan.
With marble motifs, traditional elements and architecture that reconstruct a regal era, dining at Kakori is always a lavish and authentic experience, the hotel said in the statement.
The Indian master chef Hardev S Saini has worked on recreating the new menu, and the chefs at Kakori have combined their knowledge of Kashmiri, Punjabi and Lucknowi cuisine, according to the statement.
