Highlighting the agreements that Nepali side were able to ink at China, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli claimed that his visit to the northern neighbor was positive and encouraging. “The agreements we’ve reached shows our commitment to realize our common goal of development and prosperity,” he said adding that China had also expressed its commitment to provide necessary supports for the same as he addressed the federal parliament to debrief them on his China’s visit.

'Chief Minister with the People' radio programme launched in Karnali province

The 'Chief Minister with the People' radio program has been launched in Karnali Province from Monday. With the launching of this radio program, Chief Minister Mahendra Bahadur Shahi has reached out to 1.5 million people of the province through 42 FM radio stations on air in the province.

 Govt. committed to curb drug abuse-related crimes: Home Minister Thapa 

Minister for Home Affairs Ram Bahadur Thapa today informed that the narcotic drug control action plan, 2075 has been recently issued to curb drug abuse-related crimes. The action plan would be instrumental in fulfilling the concept of 'Prosperous Nepal happy Nepalis', he said at a program organized here by the Home Ministry on the occasion of the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, 2018, which is being celebrated across the country today with various programs.
