JSP will emerge as major power after upcoming election: Bhattarai

KATHMANDU, August 25: Federal Council Chairman of Janata Samajwadi party (JSP), Baburam Bhattarai has claimed that the JSP will join the government within a week. Bhattarai said that the party will join the government on an inclusive basis with representation of Terai-Madhes and hills.

KATHMANDU, August 25: Federal Council Chairman of Janata Samajwadi party (JSP), Baburam Bhattarai has claimed that the JSP will join the government within a week. Bhattarai said that the party will join the government on an inclusive basis with representation of Terai-Madhes and hills. 


Speaking at an orientation program on Wednesday, Bhattarai claimed that JSP has emerged as an alternative force with new ideas and agendas.

Bhattarai said that Mahantha Takur had lost his opportunity to become the Prime Minister by becoming a puppet of KP Oli. 


He claimed that no major political party can lead the country toward the right path except for the JSP. Furthermore, he expressed his confidence that the JSP will emerge as a major force after the upcoming elections. 


Bhattarai is confident that the ‘party strengthening and public awareness campaign’ initiated in all seven provinces of the country will take the JSP to new heights. 


The program was attended by JSP leaders from various districts of Bagmati Province including Rajendra Shrestha, Raj Kishor Yadav and Hisila Yami among others.
