DHARAN, Nov 27: Janta Samajwadi Party (JSP) candidate Ashok Kumar Rai has taken the lead by just 4 votes in Sunsari-1.
According to the election officer's office, Dharan, after the counting of votes in all 20 wards of Dharan and wards 1, 2, 3 of Barah, JSP candidate Rai has taken the lead by 4 votes. So far, Rai has got 13,801 votes after counting of 66,025. Goma Tamang, the candidate of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, who is trailing behind him by just 4 votes, has received 13,797 votes.
Muksamahang Menyangbo of the Maoist Center has got 10,784 votes while the independent candidate Manoj Kumar Menyangbo has got 6,834 votes. RPP's Ashok Rai has got 6,329 votes.
